Viragì Polifemo is a premium extra virgin olive oil from southeastern Sicily, produced in the Monti Iblei DOP area exclusively from Tonda Iblea olives. Cold-extracted within hours of harvest, it is intensely aromatic, with distinctive notes of green tomato, fresh herbs, and wild Mediterranean herbs, balanced by a lively bitterness and a long peppery finish. Ideal for tomato-based dishes, grilled vegetables, fresh cheeses, legumes, and seafood.
