Gradassi "Lo Storico" is a premium extra virgin olive oil from the hills of Umbria, produced under the DOP Umbria Colli Assisi–Spoleto designation. Made from a blend of native Umbrian cultivars and cold-extracted shortly after harvest, it offers elegant notes of fresh herbs, green almond, and artichoke, balanced by a pleasant bitterness and peppery finish. A versatile EVOO, perfect for vegetables, grilled meats, soups, bruschetta, and traditional Italian dishes.
