Malerba offers an Extra Virgin Olive Oil made exclusively from Coratina olives, a prized native variety from the Northern Bari plains. Our passion for this cultivar comes from its unique qualities, making it the heart of our production. We meticulously tend to our olive groves, ideally suited to the Mediterranean climate with mild winters and hot, dry summers. The olives are carefully harvested and cold-pressed to produce a superior quality EVOO, rich in polyphenols, with an intense fruity aroma and a bold, peppery finish.
