"Fregola" dry pasta, Janas, 500g

At Roscioli, we love to prepare this grain in a similar way as risotto: cook them in a pan adding the boiling water or broth little by little. You can season with anything! We think butter and Parmigiano Reggiano or butter and anchovies are a simple and satisfying way to serve the Fregola.
